Three Months Free Business Broadband Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This offer is available to new Zen Business customers who do not currently have an existing service with Zen and order an eligible business broadband service with a speed of 900 Mbps or higher.

2. Offer: Eligible customers will receive their first three months’ broadband rental free of charge. Standard monthly broadband rental charges will apply from month four for the remainder of the minimum contract term.

3. Offer period: Eligible orders must be placed and accepted by Zen by 31 December 2026.

4. Service availability: Services and speeds are subject to availability at the installation address and may vary depending on the network and infrastructure available.

5. Additional charges: The offer applies to the monthly broadband rental charge only. Any applicable installation, connection, equipment or other one-off charges are not included and remain payable. Charges may vary depending on the service and network carrier used.

6. Other offers: This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount unless expressly stated by Zen.

7. Non-transferable: The offer is non-transferable, has no cash value and no cash alternative will be offered.

8. Contract: Customers will be required to enter into the applicable minimum contract term for their selected service. Standard Zen Business terms and conditions apply.

9. Changes or withdrawal: Zen reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time. This will not affect eligible orders already accepted by Zen.
